Neon Particles

Tentatively sprayed the first coat of paint with the incredible Montana Gold range of spray cans. So far it doesn't look anything like the colour its meant to but hopefully that will come with a few more coats. Quite liking the kind of camouflage style as it is.... like fluorescent yellow more though!

Primer Problems

So I was going to get the first coat of primer on today until I read a little about the primer the nice lady in the shop recommended. Turns out Gesso primer (generally used on canvas) goes rock solid and with all likely-hood would sap all the resonance and tone from the wood. Trip back to the shop to get standard spray acrylic primer tomorrow!

In the mean time here a nice snap of the tubes glowing in my new Marshall DSL100 (just before the fuse pops signalling dead valves :(
